Responsibilities:

• Receiving, reviewing and controlling all documents related to commercial activities such as contracts, liquidations…. from business teams submitted to the Finance team.

• Uploading contracts, liquidations in the internal system and keeping hard copies in folders.

• Preparing some commercial finance reports assigned by supervisors.

• Collaborating closely with the business team in resolving activities day-to-day.

• Any other ad-hoc assignments tasked

Requirements:

• Accounting Degree, Bachelor is a plus

• Full-time working basis and must be able to work on site

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Especially Excel)

• Have foundation knowledge of finance

• Be proactive, curious about new things and responsible

• Details-orientated and honest
