Why does Visio open in compatibility mode?

NOTE: You must install Agent Services before installing iManage Work Desktop for Windows. Also, ensure that you are installing equivalent versions of iManage Work Desktop for Windows and iManage Agent Services. For example, if you install iManage Work Desktop for Windows 10.6.0 with Agent Services 10.2.1 (or vice versa), you may experience issues. NOTE: The supported versions for MS Project and Visio are 2013 and later. Microsoft Office must be installed in a per-machine context. Installing the iManage Office and Outlook integration for Microsoft Office which was installed in a per-user context is not supported. NOTE: iManage strongly recommends using x64 Microsoft Office versions for improved performance, inline with recommendation from Microsoft.
NOTE: Adobe Reader integration with iManage Work Desktop for Windows requires Enable Protected Mode in Adobe to be disabled. (Under Preferences > Security (Enhanced) > Enable/Disable Protected Mode). iManage Work 10 installers 10.0.2 and later disable this setting by default.

Is Visio 2010 still supported?Support for Visio 2010 has ended.
What Visio format of saving is backwards compatible?All of these Visio products are available as a perpetual license Visio. The backward compatibility to open Visio 2013, Visio 2010, Visio 2007, Visio 2003, and Visio 2000 files. This means you don't need to worry about losing work created in early versions.
What is the difference between Visio 2016 and 2019?Microsoft Visio 2019. You'll retain all the features you had while using Visio 2016 if you're upgrading to Visio 2019. Microsoft Visio 2019 comes with better starter diagrams to get you moving. There's an organization chart on the program together with templates you can use.
