Nghiên cứu này nhằm khám phá tác động của Tính vị chủng, Căng thẳng kinh tế và Đánh giá sản phẩm lên sự không sẵn lòng mua hàng hóa Trung Quốc của người tiêu dùng Việt Nam. Dựa trên những sự kiện căng thẳng kinh tế gần đây giữa Việt Nam và Trung Quốc, nghiên cứu này đánh giá lòng tự hào dân tộc của người Việt Nam và sự không sẵn lòng mua hàng hóa Trung Quốc của họ như thế nào. Dựa trên dữ liệu thu thập từ 248 khách hàng, kết quả phân tích mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính cho thấy sự không sẵn lòng mua hàng hóa Trung Quốc của người tiêu dùng Việt Nam chịu tác động của ba yếu tố là Căng thẳng kinh tế, Tính vị chủng và Đánh giá sản phẩm. Nghiên cứu này có thể hữu ích cho các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam trong việc phát triển các chiến lược kinh doanh và tiếp thị, đặc biệt là các doanh nghiệp nhập khẩu hoặc phân phối các hàng hóa Trung Quốc tại thị trường Việt Nam. Free PDF JOURNAL OF ASIAN BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC STUDIES Nghiên cứu khám phá danh mục các công bố thông tin về công cụ tài chính(CCTC) (Financial instruments disclosures-FID) theo quy định và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến mức độ FID của các ngân hàng thương mại (NHTM) tại Việt Nam. Dựa vào các quy định, bằng phương pháp phân tích nội dung, nghiên cứu đã xác định 107 khoản mục FID với 5 nhóm thông tin về: chính sách kế toán, bảng cân đối kế toán, kết quả kinh doanh, công bố phòng ngừa rủi ro và công cụ phái sinh, và công bố đo lường. Mức độ FID trên báo cáo tài chính(BCTC) của 23 NHTM Việt Nam giai đoạn 2016 đến 2020 theo quy định khá thấp (41%), khá khác biệt giữa các ngân hàng và một số quy định bị bỏ qua. Nghiên cứu chứng minh chất lượng kiểm toán và quy mô có ảnh hưởng cùng chiều, trong khi sở hữu nhà nước và quy mô hội đồng quản trị ảnh hưởng ngược chiều đến FID của NHTM Việt Nam. Kết quả gợi ý cần xem xét thêm về đo lường yếu tố quản trị công ty đối với các nghiên cứu tương lai. These factor are profitability ratio, severity, free assets, size, downsizing, and CEO turnover. The sample used in this study is a non-financial companies listed on IDX 2008-2012 period, which had financial disstres in 2008-2009 as many as 60 companies.
