Vote level 1 [deleted] · 2 yr. ago · edited 2 yr. agoBHA only helped me to prevent getting "blackheads" but what actually helped me get rid of stubborn ones was actually oil cleansing every single night and really massaging and focussing it on the nose and then not rinse it away immediately but emulsify it with a bit of water first and massasing more. Hope I could help you. :) 38 level 2 · 2 yr. ago What oil do you use? 3 Continue this thread level 1 · 2 yr. ago Verified Dermatologist These are not blackheads, they're sebaceous filaments. But yes, do try something with salicylic acid and be sure to keep your skin hydrated. 59 level 2 · 2 yr. ago how do you tell the difference? 8 level 2 Op · 2 yr. ago · edited 2 yr. ago OMG Thanks god it's not blackheads. I'm afraid they are blackheads because it's getting more obvious. I'm thinking to use 2% salicylic acid in the future. Currently i use hyaluronic acid + kiehl's calendula water cream as moisturizer. Thanks you 11 level 1 · 2 yr. ago I would personally use a product with 2 % salicylic acid(bha) twice a day and leave it on if your skin can tolerate it. I have done so in the past. 12 level 2 · 2 yr. ago Same. I found Paula’s choice bha 2% better than the cosrx one. I apply every day and I have sensitive skin. 6 Continue this thread level 2 Op · 2 yr. ago · edited 2 yr. ago Wow The ordinary 2 % Salicylic ~ Got it , Did you also use Hyaluronic acid? I feel it works well with my blackheads pores 3 Continue this thread level 1 · 2 yr. ago Using an oil cleanser nightly made a huge difference for me! Just massage it in for a couple of minutes and you might even feel the ‘grits’ coming out of your skin 8 level 2 · 2 yr. ago What oil cleanser do you use and how do you use it? What products should come before and after an oil cleanse? Thank you so much. 7 Continue this thread level 2 Op · 2 yr. ago Oil cleansing helps me!!!! they came out so easily just press a bit and everything came out. I used Shiseido WASO quick gentle oil cleanser. 3 Continue this thread level 2 Op · 2 yr. ago · edited 2 yr. ago Okie Oil Cleanser add to buy next month ~ 2 level 1 · 2 yr. ago Hey, Double cleansing with a good cleansing oil (jojoba oil preferably to regulate oil production) followed by cleansing with your a gentle cleanser in the evening will help to reduce/remove the blackheads. Also, using a BHA product will help with the blackheads. I would recommend Paula's Choice BHA leave on exfoliant (the grey bottle). Hope this helps! x 7 level 2 Op · 2 yr. ago Thank you thank youu.. oil cleansing works for me. it took time like for 3 minutes and the sebum came out naturally. i'm so happy right now. Thank youu 3 level 2 Op · 2 yr. ago I'm thinking about Kiehl's lavender cleansing oil because of lavender smell. Thank you 1 level 1 · 2 yr. ago Hey; I use CosRX Bha every 2-3 days and my skin is really sensitive. Sometimes I will only put it on the T-zone too. Its an extremely gentle formula so you can do this! Also do not wash it off. I would also recommend trying oil cleansing. You are normally suppose to do it at night, but sometimes I will do it the morning after I used a Bha and it works really well. 6 level 2 Op · 2 yr. ago Oil cleansing works guys ~ i tried massaging for a minute and then i just push a little bit and they came out so easily. I have waited for that moment for so long.

It's effective for gently unclogging pores and you should see the results usually in about 2 weeks with continued use. It has really good value for the price, based on the ingredient list, and has minimal irritants plus no added fragrance.
Does Cosrx blackhead power liquid cause purging?Purging. Yes, your skin can throw tantrums after you start using chemical exfoliants. Purging is characterized by angry looking pimples or whiteheads, and will generally occur in your problem areas; cheeks in my case. Purging will last for a week or two maximum.
Is Cosrx blackhead power liquid good for acne?Yes. Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power Liquid is a really good product. It gentles exfoliates, helps to keep the pores clean by revealing smoother and brighter skin.
Can I use BHA Blackhead Power Liquid everyday?Classic K-Beauty acids like COSRX BHA Blackhead Power Liquid contain approximately 4% of betaine salicylate (a type of BHA) and can technically be used every day. However, it's not a good idea to start using 4% BHA every day if you've never tried a BHA before. Instead, start off by applying the product once a week.
