Simplicity in knowing I have door to door service from my vehicle to the airport and back again to my vehicle. Also the familiarity in using the same service is very comforting.

The staff is always very nice and helpful. The location is convenient when you fly domestic. I do wish you would bring back international as this is completely inconvenient to the point I now take Uber. However my overall experience continues to be good.

Excellent, Friendly, Welcoming Service

Excellent service from the cashiers as well as the drivers. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the level of service and professionalism I always receive from every employee there. As a frequent parker, they always take the time to welcome me back...nice touch.

PNF is my GoTo Choice now

Very reasonable prices, particularly when making an advance reservation online and paying at that time. Near the airport, so short bus ride. Easy access from I-85. Staff has been very helpful when needed.

Amazing customer service

What an amazing experience with Park and Fly. We came home after a very long 16 hour flight to be met with assistance and a smile by Fatai. When we got to our car, our battery had run down. We were so concerned and worried. Fatai, not only figured out how to get the car opened, he jumped our battery and helped us load our luggage so we could get on our way. Just an amazing experience and thank you so much to Fatai for great customer service.

The shuttle service is fantastic

The shuttle service is fantastic! I’m never waiting long to be picked up from the terminal or the parking lot. They’re very conscientious of ensuring the number of people on the shuttle are not overloaded, and are then brought to the terminals as quickly as possible. Excellent service and I will be a permanent user of your service and facility. Thank you.

NAME AND SHAME PARK TO FLY

I have been a regular client of this company, recently my dad and I have had the worst experience!!! Items were stolen out our vehicle and we were told it was not stolen but placed in the safe and will be delivered to our address. Since then we have called 20 times a day whatsapped about 100 times a day for 3 weeks and still no response. I requested numerous times for a manager to contact me and still no response. Let's name and shame these thieves!!

It is very easy to find and right off…

It is very easy to find and right off the expressway. The whole experience is seamless. Did not have to wait for someone to pick me up from my car. Coming home. Somebody was there in a short period of time to pick me up from my flight. Employees were extremely helpful and friendly! I highly recommend! This area is very secure and has 24 hour surveillance.

The services are incredibly helpful and efficient at Park ‘N Fly Atlanta. Online app, the booking process, access to the facility was an ease. Drivers were very customer friendly and professional in making the transfer to and from airport quite easy. Overhaul, the experience of services provided for travel is just awesome! Definitely recommend. Oh, the car wash! Quite a nice touch 😊

P7 car park is the main multi-storey parking area near the T1 International terminal. To enter the car park, follow signs to the 'P7 car park' as you enter the international precinct.
