Blacklist filming locations season 1

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. The Blacklist, NBCs hit crime drama series, starring James Spader, Megan Boone, and Diego Klattenhoff, is filming around Snug Harbor Cultural Center, Livingston, on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021, starting at 3 a.m. until 10 p.m., according to signs posted in the neighborhood.

The show, which revolves around FBI profiler, Elizabeth Keen, whose entire life is uprooted when a mysterious criminal, Raymond Reddington, who has eluded capture for decades, turns himself in and insists on speaking only to her, is in its ninth season.

According to the bright orange signs along surrounding streets, The Blacklist crew will be filming and clearing and holding parking in advance of the shoot for equipment trucks and production vehicles on the following blocks: South side of Fillmore Street, between Lafayette and Franklin Avenue; the west side of Franklin St, between Fillmore and West Buchanan Street.

Also: The south side of Cassidy Place, between Franklin and Henderson; and the east side of Kissel Avenue, between Snug Harbor Road and Linden Street.

The NBC crime drama is starting Season 9 with a two-year time jump following the events of the Season 8 finale. The FBI task force has been disbanded since Lizs murder and as their lives are changed in unexpected ways, Reddingtons whereabouts are unknown.
