Diane; Thanks for the reply and apologies for the long delay in responding. Here's how I used to do it: 1. File, Open, Other User's Folder - select the appropriate calendar 2. Favorites, Add to Favorites - add the other calendar to IE favorites list 3. drag the shortcut from IE favorites onto the desktop 4. drag the desktop shortcut onto the Outlook shortcut pane and rename it This gave me a shortcut in Outlook that allowed me to directly open the calendar rather than selecting it from the menu and having to open it in a new window. As I have a number of other calendars that I access on a regular basis (but only want to see one at a time) this gave me one-click access after the initial setup and made them behave as if they were my own folders. At stage 3 above the name of the shortcut was a long two-part hexadecimal number which I assume was the internal folder name within Outlook/Exchange. This functionality is no longer available in Outlook 2003 as the tie-in to IE favorites has been removed as far as I can tell. Any thoughts?
MartinY: Did you ever solve this? I'm looking for the Desktop icon of our
Shared Public Calendars too (in Outlook 2003).
