Hsp xstr pro brushless buggy review năm 2024

You can complain, you pay less but ypu still expect a proper working product which is obiosuly not always the case due to these "cutting corners" bit. And what I want to see are:

Out of box, first impression.

(Photos)

Specs of the car and comparisons

(more photos)

A take down of the car looking at strong/ weak points (better for more in depth reviews)

(MOAR photos)

2 running's of the car as per my last post

(videos)

A review of how it handled etc

Similar products

Finally was it worth your money.

Thats what I think a review should include, now chop chop.

right this christmas eve ill be busy doing that for you guys, the running vvideos wont be anything exciting, its only a 23t model

Tboost, Same as you, got fed up with windy non heli days, bought myself a WLToys A949. Great little car, loads of fun. I then bought a 94107, the XSTR, And then a 94060, the HSP Planet 1/8 scale. I am no expert on RC cars, but the two HSP's I have are really good. Both are brushless, the larger one a 3S. They run very smooth, steering is precise, more than enough power for me. One of the reasons I bought these was parts availability. Here in the UK I can have spares the next day for a reasonable price. How do I know? I got carried away and hit a hard object at speed. It broke the front upright, and messed up the thread in the swivel. 10 for a pair of both, including P&P, running lovely. There are many upgrades available, I have purchased a set of alloy uprights and swivels, including bearings, from a firm called FOPOWER in HK. They are excellent, cheap prices compared to the UK, delivery in 8 days. They sell everything to upgrade if you feel the need, including a titanium chassis! I am glad you asked about these cars, they don't seem to get a mention here, but in my limited experience with cars, I would recommend without hesitation. If I can help any more, just ask. Steve.

sorry to say bad choice.. I see the shocks breaking on 1st run..pivot balls dont work well on shock towers.. looks like a cheap motor also..alot of holes for dirt rocks to fall in .on a offroad buggy..

Thanks for both replies guys. By the way Steve, I bought the wltoys A979 haha, and that thing dragged me into cars as well

Already bought the car like more than a week ago, and finally yesterday got here.

Apparently, I bought the HSP XSTR Top version, of course brushless, so now im trying to read the main differences between the pro version and the top version.

The car came with a 2s lipo, but while I was clicking to buy the car, simultaneously I was buying from HobbyKing some other things, and I ordered a Turnigy Nano-Tech 4000mAh 40c-80c 3s lipo, 11.1v for the car. The lipo hasnt come here yet, but after doing some reading, I got a question. Can the ESC handle that lipo?...or I am going to burn the ESC? According to specs, the ESC is a Hobbywing 45a programmable one.

If that ESC cant handle the 3s Lipo, which is the one I need?

Thanks for all the little or big help you can give me guys, all I want is not to burn in the first few days the car. If you guys dont want to type, just point me some links, and I will be happy to read them

Cheers

Sorry, cant help you, i know some helis will handle a 3s, but hopefully someone with more knowledge will know. The mods i have made to my car, an extra cooling fan from Banggood clipped straight to the motor, plugs in to the receiver, and i have ordered a set of wheels with road tyres from Fopower, slightly smaller diameter, 75 mm, so good acceleration, but a lower top speed. All the best, Steve.

Thanks for the response Steve

Ive been driving the XSTR for more than a week now, and that thing is fast. Of course, the only comparison I got is the wltoys A979, so I guess I had set the bar low haha.

Anyways, its eating the tires REALLY FAST. Basically, I drive most of the time on asphalt. So the question is, what kind of tires you guys suggest me to use? Ive been reading the Dirt Hawgs are good, off road and on road, but I would really like to hear opinions from the experts.

Cheers

Dirt Hawgs are good, solid, chunky tires.

What do you think of the HSP brand?...and specifically of the XSTR buggy?...its the brushless version I want. Im basically new to cars, so I dont want to spend a huge load of money on a car yet.

Looking forward for any comments and/or help you can give me

Cheers

I've got the HSP xstr vortex was 90 new. Great little car does most things to a decent level and hasn't really broke yet either! I'm 13 so it made an awesome car for me and I love it
