Mình hi vọng tất cả mọi người đều sống tốt, kể cả trong dịch Covid-19 và thời gian tự cách ly. Khi mọi thứ đã qua, chúng ta sẽ mạnh mẽ hơn. Chúng ta biết không phải ai cũng muốn nghe hay bị nhắc nhở suốt về Coronavirus, nên video hôm nay, chúng mình sẽ làm những gì chúng mình giỏi nhất. Psych2Go sẽ tiếp tục giáo dục công khai về chủ đề tâm lý và tâm thần học. Chủ đề hôm nay là về cảm xúc và những loại cảm xúc ta có thể đã trải qua, nhưng không thể lý giải. Bạn có cảm thấy những người xung quanh có câu chuyện của riêng họ? Bạn giải thích cảm xúc ấy như nào? Thuật ngữ dành cho cảm xúc ấy là Sonder. Thế còn cảm xúc khi bạn thấy một ai cuốn hút, nhưng không thể giải thích được? Đó không phải tình yêu hay say mê, mà là một thứ giống với sự ghen tỵ. Ta còn có thuật ngữ cho cảm giác ấy nữa. Đó là Hanker Sore.

I hope everyone is doing well, even with the Covid-19 virus and self-isolation. Once it's over, we will be stronger. We know that not everyone wants to hear or be reminded all the time of the Coronavirus, so today's video, we will do what we do best. Psych2Go will continue educating the public about various psychology topics and mental health. Today's topic is on emotions and types of emotions that we may experience at one point or another, but can not explain. Do you have those feelings where everyone around you has their own stories, but you know for a fact that you won't get to know all the stories? How do you describe that emotion? Apparently, the term is Sonder. What about the feeling when you find someone so attractive for no reason, but you can't really explain it? It's not love or infatuation, but something closer to envy. Apparently, there's a term for that too. It's called Hanker Sore.
