I booked a 4-night trip to Las Vegas and found their rates are really the cheapest on the internet! Well, I had to sign in and get the rates as it was a sale for multiple days and offer to returning customers. Then I realized that I needed to stay for another night. I asked the customer service whether I may enjoyed the same daily rate. They responded quickly to me explaining why I couldn't but also offered me with what they have as the greatest value for the 5th night. Well, it's not their hotel, they are just an agent. Sounded reasonable to me. Checked in, stayed, and checked out. No problem at all. Love ya,Trip. Com

When we getting booking confirmation. They told us that's deferent ticket here. Its not connected flight. And sad to us go out then come for other flight. I would give negative star if possible!

Booked 3 flights using the app. Filled in the passengers details, they issued the ticket Messing up my names, put first name as last name and vice versa!

I even have a screenshot on how it appears on the app and how it was completed! Refused to admit any issue on their end and trying to charge more money to change the name, when it's their fault.

Avoid at all cost

Booked a flight with trip.com in early March. However, the Vietnamese government has suspended the visa waiver program for french citizens due to the virus. Thus, I have no choice but to cancel the flight.

I have tried calling and contacting trip.com, however, the only thing that they can say was « sorry, this is a non refundable flight, if you would like to have a refund, please liaise with the airline direct ».

The customer service are not helpful at all. There no point to buy from them as they do no provide any services.

Trip.com is an awful company to deal… Trip.com is an awful company to deal with. I couldn't add a wheelchair to the flights I booked for my 81 year old mother. I couldn't cancel the ticket, as I would have only got a refund on the £24 airport tax I paid. Then I found the same flight £130 cheaper directly with British Airways. I'll never again use Trip.com, they are a greedy bunch. Save yourself some time and money and book your travel elsewhere, this company is shambles.

I had a terrible experience with Trip.com. Our flight got canceled on the day of travel due to the UK Air towers system being down. When we asked for a credit or refund, they refused to reimburse us. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and strongly caution all travelers to be cautious when dealing with Trip.com. The agent, who is based in the Philippines and handles UK-related issues, provided the worst service possible.

BEWARE! I used my credit card to book a hotel in this website and same day I got a suspicious transaction which I only found the next day after they spam it with several more fraud transactions. Total of 200$ charged. Luckily I was able to get notifications in my email and able to deactivate and permanently block my card. Few more attempted fraud transactions got rejected after.

Suggest you just use your prepaid card when buying here.

Airline company (check AirItaly) go to liquidation. Trip.com didn't even update me. Found myself when all history with Covid happened. My ticket doesn't exists around a month. On question about refund they just saying it's not in their system! But it's on every single official website including airline's! They still refusing to do refund, no ticket, no flight! Strongly disappointed!

Trip.com your handling of the Covid-19 virus has been absolutely appalling. I received an email on 2/6/2020 saying if i cancels my flight before it's departure it will be eligible for a full refund. I am now being told this email was a lie and that your company will not stand behind it. They will stand behind their second email sent a month after the first on 3/6/2020. I have used your site many times and i am appalled by this. Trip.com

Chose date for 30-31 dec but got confirmation mail of 29-30 and when I cancelled it they refused to give refund. Totally unfair to people who spend their hard earned money on this trip.com and get fooled.

I made a geniune mistake in booking a hotel room: instead of Dec 16-17 I booked the hotel for Dec 15-16. I only noticed it when I was reading the email confirmation and rang straight away first the hotel then the Trip.com "customer service". It does say the fee is 'non-refundable' but what about cooling off period? Normal companies give at least 30 minutes to cancel your online purchase for cases like mine - a geniune error happened during online reservation. I don't recommend this service. Avoid!

Not only did i get the cheapest fare, i got service better than expected at this price point. Ticket was issued within 20 mins of booking on their site, and updates were prompt and timely. The information displayed was also accurate and no confusion.

Due to the Corona virus outbreak, I needed to cancel my trip. Philippine Airlines said rebooking was free for flights from Japan and Korea. I inquired and called them up (25 minutes of talking, US number from Japan!) To be fair the call center agent was helpful. But when they emailed me the price to pay, wow it is like I need to buy a new ticket because of their CHANGE FEE. I cannot believe this company. I'll never book with them again.

We booked through trip.com for this flight and were made aware that the connection in Madrid to Santiago was cancelled? We had to rebook another airline while on vacation to do the Camino and spent an extra amount that we were not prepared for. In trying to deal with trip.com they just will not help with the connection being cancelled and will not accept any responsibility! Do yourself a favour and do not book any trips through this site as they are will not reimburse for any cancelled flights.

I booked a one night stay at a hotel in a specific country, but because of political reasons and protest in this country, the American Embassy, how do you recommended not to travel there and Trip.com took 10 days to give me a final answer I tried to reschedule the one night stay with future date and the hotel said no they took my $125 for one night And Trip.com refused to work with me. I would never ever ever ever use this company. Do not do not use them.

Dear all I just wanted to share with you my experience with flights booking with this company... First everything on the begging was beautiful easy at soon you book and pay u will receive the tickets with out cabin bags which heart they never says anything about it mean that after that u need to pay for your cabin bags that's what happened with me Guys seriously don't ever do the mistake I have done I paid for each ticket more than the tickets price for my cabin bags, unfortunately was nothing mentioned earlier when I was doing the booking was so clear that I can have 2 bags small and the cabin bags just don't do the mistake And when I saw the price of the Ryanair was cheaper as I buy it from trip.com was 22 pounds extra to shame All the best

I paid nearly $800 for a trip, but did not get a trip out of it. The flight was canceled and Trip.com is not giving me a refund. Basically they just take your money and give you nothing in return. They should change their name to NoTrip.com.

Horrible customer service. I requested a cancellation within 24 hours of booking, and they have not been able to process the cancellation. This is preventing me from re-booking flights as the airline recognizes duplicate itineraries for the same travel days and thus automatically cancelled my newly re-booked flights. As a third party travel agent, they have no incentive to help you. Avoid at all costs.

After multiple chats and phone calls...always after being on hold for hours, I have lost all trust with Trip.com Sincerely hope that you are not giving lip service to appease the review left at site jabber and those reading it.

I have given my booking information multiple times to the chat agents i communicated with and yet here u are asking for it one more time. Let me oblige, again.

My return leg was inconveniently not issued but Trip.com conveniently took my money in full!

When can I get my money back? When can I be compensated for the pain and suffering I had to endure? I had to travel separately from my wife and daughter I had to pay for another flight out of my own cash as Trip.com could not even fulfill the alternative they suggested I incurred more cost arranging transfers in bangkok from airport to hotel...the list goes on.

When will I be refunded? It has been more than a week?!

I know that trip.com is a china based company and have a registered office in singapore...which is not fucntioning!

I am a very simple person but i will work with govt agencies in Singapore, Thailand and the region to market the fact how Rubbish trip.com is and how I was scammed.

Please revert to me soonest and give me my refund + compensation. You can contact me to discuss.

Awful company, I am so disappointed in the level of service. I had booked a flight, the airline changed times meaning I wouldn't be able to catch the second connecting flight, they offered me a refund and then refused the refund after I'd booked another flight with them! The same thing has now happened with the second flight and they are no help at all. I am now having to fight to get two refunds totalling over £1000! Please do not book with them to save a little money!

Worst support ever. Respond the next day without any solutions. Changed my flight destination to another country without my agreement while another options I've found easily. And the worst I cannot speak with airlines directly because I have paid to "travel agent" who gives a $#*! on their customers.

I have booked a flight which was listed on the webisite but practically impossible to transfer due to two different airlines on international destination. While i contacted Trip.com to cancel my itinerary they are simply asking to contact the airline directly which is not possible. Not even telling me the cancellation charges and refund amount.
