Gia công là gì?
Gia công là hoạt động mà theo đó bên đặt gia công sẽ cung cấp một phần hoặc toàn bộ nguyên vật liệu để bên nhận gia công thực hiện một hoặc nhiều công việc theo yêu cầu và nhận thù lao.

Gia công là gì?

Gia công là hoạt động mà theo đó bên đặt gia công sẽ cung cấp một phần hoặc toàn bộ nguyên vật liệu để bên nhận gia công thực hiện một hoặc nhiều công việc theo yêu cầu và nhận thù lao.

Hợp đồng gia công là sự thoả thuận theo ý chí của cả hai bên, bên nhận gia công thực hiện công việc theo yêu cầu để tạo ra sản phẩm của bên đặt gia công, bên đặt gia công trả tiền và nhận sản phẩm.

Hợp đồng gia công có những yếu tố như sau: Thoả thuận, có tính đền bù và theo ý chí của mỗi bên.

Trong quá trình gia công thì bên nhận gia công sẽ tự thực hiện công việc mà theo đó bên đặt gia công sẽ không kiểm soát quá tình. Bên đặt gia công sẽ chỉ kiểm tra kết quả, sản phẩm có đúng thời gian, số lượng, chất lượng như đã thoả thuận trong hợp đồng.
