10/10 A Premium Exterior Design

The most iconic part of BMW’s design language is by far the front kidney grilles. While this design element has remained incredibly similar, the rest of the front end has been completely redesigned. The new design makes the entire 7 Series look more modern as it features slim headlights and an incredibly sharp overall design.

However, BMW included LED lights on the glass panels to help give the roof a bit more character. While you may think that the lights were enough to make the roof stand out, BMW actually lets you customize the color of the LEDs to get the exact look you’re after.

BMW introduced a few glass controls to some of its premium cars a while ago. However, these glass instruments have been perfected within the new 7 Series. The gear selector and the infotainment dial are both covered in glass, making plastic a thing of the past entirely.

As mentioned earlier, there are a few powertrain options available when you buy a new 7 Series. This includes two standard models and the all-electric BMW i7. The two standard models are very different as the 760i comes with the automaker’s xDrive architecture.

However, the upgrades don’t stop there as the 760i also features a massive V8 powertrain. This new V8 is an MHEV and can produce around 536 HP. The 760i also comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission that can seamlessly speed up when in sports mode for that extra boost of performance.
