Nếu chưa có tài khoản Quý khách đăng ký tại đây! Ngày 29/12/2023, Bộ trưởng Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo đã ban hành Thông tư 31/2023/TT-BGDĐT về Quy chế xét công nhận tốt nghiệp trung học cơ sở (THCS). Điều kiện công nhận tốt nghiệp THCSTheo đó, học sinh được công nhận tốt nghiệp THCS nếu có đủ các điều kiện sau: - Không quá 21 tuổi (tính theo năm) đối với học sinh học hết Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông cấp trung học cơ sở; từ 15 tuổi trở lên (tính theo năm) đối với học viên học hết Chương trình giáo dục thường xuyên cấp trung học cơ sở. Trường hợp học sinh ở nước ngoài về nước, học vượt lớp, học ở độ tuổi cao hơn tuổi quy định, thực hiện theo quy định về độ tuổi theo cấp học của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo. - Đã hoàn thành Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông cấp trung học cơ sở hoặc Chương trình giáo dục thường xuyên cấp trung học cơ sở. - Có đầy đủ hồ sơ theo quy định. Hồ sơ dự xét công nhận tốt nghiệp THCS gồm có: - Đối với học sinh học hết lớp 9 tại cơ sở giáo dục trong năm tổ chức xét công nhận tốt nghiệp, hồ sơ dự xét công nhận tốt nghiệp là học bạ học sinh. - Đối với học sinh không thuộc đối tượng là học sinh học hết lớp 9 tại cơ sở giáo dục trong năm tổ chức xét công nhận tốt nghiệp, hồ sơ dự xét công nhận tốt nghiệp gồm: + Đơn đăng kí dự xét công nhận tốt nghiệp; + Bản sao hợp lệ giấy khai sinh hoặc căn cước công dân hoặc thẻ căn cước; + Bản chính học bạ học sinh hoặc bản in học bạ điện tử có xác nhận của cơ sở giáo dục nơi học sinh đã học hết lớp 9. Trường hợp học sinh bị mất bản chính học bạ hoặc không có bản in học bạ điện tử thì phải có bản xác nhận kết quả rèn luyện và kết quả học tập lớp 9 của cơ sở giáo dục nơi học sinh đã học hết lớp 9. Xem chi tiết Thông tư 31/2023/TT-BGDĐT có hiệu lực từ ngày 15/02/2024 và thay thế Quyết định 11/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT ngày 05/4/2006. Việc xét công nhận tốt nghiệp trung học cơ sở theo Quyết định 11/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT được thực hiện đến hết năm học 2023-2024. This Regulation prescribes graduation recognition in lower secondary education (hereinafter referred to as “graduation recognition”) including: eligibility for graduation recognition and application for graduation recognition; organizations recognizing graduation; responsibilities of education authorities and education institutions. 2. This Regulation applies to lower secondary education institutions, multi-level education institutions including lower secondary education; continuous education centers, vocational education and training centers - continuous education centers, and other education centers providing Formal education program for lower secondary education or Continuous education program for lower secondary education (hereinafter referred to as “education institutions”) and relevant organizations, individuals. Article 2. Purpose, requirements, and basis for graduation recognition 1. Graduation recognition serves to verify education level of students and learners (hereinafter referred to as “students”) who have finished Formal education program for lower secondary education or Continuous education program for lower secondary education. 2. Graduation recognition must be accurate, fair, transparent, and objective. 3. Graduation recognition shall rely on disciplinary and academic results of the ninth grade. Article 3. In respect of education institutions providing Continuous education program for lower secondary education, graduation recognition shall be implemented at least once per year in which students finish ninth grade at the end of the school year. Chapter II ELIGIBILITY FOR GRADUATION BY RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION RECOGNITION Article 4. Eligibility for graduation recognition Students shall be recognized for graduation if they: 1. Are not older than 21 years old (in calendar year) if they finish Formal education program for lower secondary education; or are at least 15 years old (in calendar year) if they finish Continuous education program for lower secondary education. In case of students returning from overseas, participating in accelerated study, attending class at an older age, regulations on age and grades of the Ministry of Education and Training. 2. Have completed Formal education program for lower secondary education or Continuous education program for lower secondary education. 3. Council for recognizing graduation (hereinafter referred to as “Council”) shall be established by Directors of Sub-departments of Education and Training at request of education institutions. Each education institution where student finish ninth grade in a year shall establish a Council. 2. Composition, tasks, and powers of the Council.

Responsibilities of provincial People’s Committees 1. Rely on this Regulation to coordinate graduation recognition in their provinces. 2. Guarantee funding sources and conditions for graduation recognition. Article 11. Responsibilities of Departments of Education and Training 1. Decide on the number of occasions of graduation recognition and time in which graduation recognition in their provinces takes place in accordance with Article 3 hereof. 2. Guide, examine, and inspect Sub-departments of Education and Training, education institutions in graduation recognition, issuance and management of lower secondary education. 3. Individuals and organizations attaining achievements in recognition for graduation shall be eligible for commendation in accordance with emulation and commendation laws of the Government. 2.
